How do I back up my memories?

Open Me and tap Back Up Now. You can choose an encrypted backup with a password. Save the file somewhere safe that you choose. Rubai Journal has no account, so a backup file is how you keep a copy outside the app.

How do I move to a new phone?

Create a backup file on your old phone and move that file to the new phone. Install Rubai Journal there, open Me, tap Restore and choose the file.

Before uninstalling

Your memories are stored on your phone. Create a backup file first if you want to keep them.

I bought Lifetime Unlock. How do I get it back?

Lifetime Unlock is a purchase through Google Play, tied to your Google account. Sign in to the Play Store with the same Google account, open Me in Rubai Journal and tap Restore purchases.

Where did a deleted memory go?

Deleted memories stay in Trash for 30 days, and you can bring them back from there during that time.
